When I writing this essay, the afghan president Hamid karzai staying use at this moment for his four day long visit in America. After re elected president Barak Obama, it can say that, the think of Obama about military withdraw from Afghanistan will be unaltered.
But Afghan president is so much anxious for the security
aspect after US military withdrawal situation in Afghanistan. I is clear to all
by announcement of 20&21 may2012 Chicago summit military withdraw will must
be Implemented in 2014. It also announced that 75% afghan people will be accommodating
by the controlling area of `Afghanistan national security forces (ANSF).
But this is unreal dream according to present situation. That’s why Afghan president can show his demand to Obama about ‘staying America military more long time in Afghanistan. This is true that after more a decade war in Afghanistan , west can’t build any political structure . And national building or haven’t any remarkable success to create a dependable democratic structure.
This one decade clash USA expends thousands of million
dollars, died more than two thousand US and NATO army and died minimum 1 lac
civilian with countless children and women. With this they face unexpected troubles
“operation green on blue” is continue.
For the announcement of us military withdraw afghan ‘war
lord’(those who are race/tribe depended)are so much anxious. They are trying to
reconstruct their won soldiers. It is easily imagine that after withdrawing
NATO soldiers, ANSF(afghan national security forces)may going their won tribe
force. They can work with their local ‘war lord’. Not only that, some ministers
of Karzai cabinet also in a war lord.
Actually the structure of civil administration in afghan
central government is so much weak/ loose. All most administrative officer are
joining work by temporary agreements. Majority offices’ salary is going to
western help by many kinds of project. The officers’ agreement will be rejected
to end with projects timeline. We can’t hope “governance” from weakened and a
administrative structure less government.
So if we analysis present situation of
Afghanistan it is easy to understand –America can’t fulfill their target and
accomplished interest withdraw military by their Fidel government of
Afghanistan.
